Barclays Blue Rewards - any pitfalls which I need to know about?

Ok thanks. Think I'm with you now, so the fee just paid is for the current month then? If so fine, as DD's will be fine this month (one is Barclaycard). 👍
Appreciate rewards for September won't be paid till October. That's fine. So in my case I can forget August (and the fact I added it so late).0 -

On the 8th (today) I got fed lies when I phoned them up.
BB: Have you checked your notifications?
Me: No, I'll just have a look. No - nothing other than the outage notification for Sunday.
BB: It was a problem that occurred during the outage
Me: No it wasn't the payment was done incorrectly on the 3rd, and the outage was on the 6th.
BB: It was the outage
Me: Whatever. When will it be fixed?
BB: You'll get a notification
At which point the conversation was rapidly ended.
(Rant: When are people going to learn that a mistake is an opportunity to move up in people's estimation. People actually hold businesses that deal efficiently with mistakes and problems in higher regard than ones that get it right all the time!)

In terms of the issue with some customers only receiving half their blue rewards entitlement this month, the issue is still ongoing, and is going to take up until the 16th to identify all affected customers and correct their entitlement.1

£3.50 paid a few days later than normal. To what extent have you suffered because of this?6 -
The 2nd/missing £3.50 has been added to my rewards account today0

As has mine, the missing £3.50 has been paid. Hopefully the double reward payment in a week or so comes in without issues!0

The Barclays Blue Rewards Savings Account interest rate is dropping from 0.5% to 0.15%, FYI.0

Cant put a price on the shock value of receiving less then what was expected. At first i thought i had done something wrong, like missed a DD payment.
