It won't be stayed.  That's normal.  No exclamation marks, please, not for standard stages.  Please read the WHAT HAPPENS WHEN section of the NEWBIES thread (red heading in post #2 of it).

Update, got letter from court, allocation to Truro County court.

Hi All,
OK, letter says details of Judges directions, track allocation and case management will be sent to you in a notice? dated 2nd September.
Have not received a copy of CE DQ? is that usual? are they or court not supposed to send it to me. I have sent mine! 
should I chase court for it? or just wait?
