No, do not do that. You will be sending your Defence by email.

You know how to end the defence, by email after you've signed & dated and scanned it as a PDF.  We've told you this already on this thread. 

DO NOT TRY TO FILL IN FORMS AND DO NOT 'START DEFENCE' ON MCOL.

OK, guys got it! Thanks. You have been patient. Glad I put it up or would have got it all wrong?
Have done defence statement, just got to print, sign,scan and will then send by email as said, together with the Britannia case.
Do I attach Statement or include in body of email?
As soon as power back up! All my electrics off at mo. new consumer unit being fitted!

Send your Defence as a PDF attachment.

Defence submitted by Email on 4th August and got an acknowledgement letter from the court dated 5th August.
Nothing else so far, so just got wait now? or submit DQ?

Remove that attachment. You didnt redact ANY of it, so it totally identifies you. 

No, it doesnt say they will let you know. The claimant only has to tell the COURT, not you, that they want to continue the claim. Of course they will say yes - theyve already paid for this stage, they may as well make you sweat. More chance for you to give in and pay then.

Still nothing so far!
Attached letter from court for info. it says CEL have 28 days to confirm he wishes to proceed or will be stayed!
the court will inform me what will happen?
So just wait then or file N180? downloaded but how to fill in?
