    Yep but the answer is no.  Because it's in the NEWBIES thread.  Why should any of us specially go to the NEWBIES thread to find the link to Blue Toffee's thread and post it here, when the OP can just go and click on it?

    Hi All,
    Well got a N279 from CEL today that they are discontinuing the case?
    Is that it, end of!

    CEL do this all the time.  They had a brainwave to go to court, throw lots of money at it and then decide to lose the money. A very sad little company.
    And Truro, that is a graveyard for parking scammers, even the seasoned PPC's and legals are scared stiff of Truro 

    Hope you enjoyed your fun time on here and cheers to CEL for being so stupid

    Ok, I am sorry. I have now found the reference thread all on my own!  :D 
    As CEL Discontinued before date they had to submit, guess its not worth claiming. Just more work for me.
