date of filing acknowledgement was 12th July 2020.
In which case the assumption in my earlier post was wrong. I have corrected the information given there.

With a Claim Issue Date of 10th July, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 12th July, you have until 4pm on Monday 10th August 2020 to file your Defence.

A whole week has passed since your last post, and because you filed an AoS slightly early, you now have just over one week to file your Defence.

Your failure to do this in a timely manner would not make it our problem...

Of course the template defence on the TEMPLATE DEFENCE thread, IS the template defence.

    9 pages really?
Yep, really.  If you want to look for an older, weaker defence, that's down to you, but won't count against our 99% court win rate, if you lose!

Yes, you copy it, and change the red bits to suit - that's why it's a Word doc.

yes, I have it as a word doc now, so can change as I want.
ok,if what happened before is of no interest? will delete that! but that was my frame of mind at the time and of course the condition of the person my friend was visiting. thankfully ok now.
I understand now that you cannot park there at all, you have to book in at hospital and give them reg no.
but it was closed at the time and is covered by entry camera and notice, which you cannot see? did notice on entry as was not looking for it,as explained before. just noticed on exit when looked left for traffic. Controlled Parking sign only!
Conditions are on a pole under the camera, which I found the other night and photographed, so dark and small you need a torch and be about two feet from it!
    All a bit predatory?

    Hmm!
    That's straight forward enough!
So is that ok to submit? once I have made the changes. Do I submit this as an attachment or on their form?
Glad I don't have to do this often. Did a witness statement once before, for somebody elses' case.
    Really appreciate your help tho.
