Medley - Please read this Newbies Sticky carefully and start your own thread.

You clearly agreed not to hijack threads as part of your signup and doing that to an information-only thread will not get you the help or consideration you clearly badly need..!

Ive also told him that on the other thread he hijacked a couple of hours before he hijacked this one. I wonder if they read the advice given?  If not why bother coming here?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Is there anything with this new forum software that would let the BGs stop people from posting on this thread?
(I just realised I've just done that.)

Good Morning, I have recently received at LETTER BEFORE CLAIM for a Parking CN issued back on the 15th Feb 2018? This is the first time I have had any correspondence about this and was not aware of this PCN on that date. I have never had the opportunity to appeal or pay the PCN, because I was not aware of any liability? This letter before claim is showing additional charges and court fees? I have tried to contact claimant direct by phone, however it is a automated service and options are limited to just paying the charge. I understand my next option would be to appeal or complete the reply form they have sent me a link for? Can anyone advice on the way forward and content of my reply. My main concern is that after 2 years without any idea of the PCN I now have this LETTER BEFORE CLAIM? Thanks in advance,

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

    Hi All

looking for some advice on private parking ticket, I have read the newbies blog & seem to very confused.

i have a private (pcm) in my communal car park, last year pcm have said they served me with 4 !! Separate parking tickets, none of which I received, however in the post on Monday I received a letter from County court, with notice of taking me to court with Gladstone’s solicitors, I’ve logged online to respond to my claim & have stated I will be defending my case as I’m outraged to have parking tickets in a car park where, not only do I live but also my car, v5 doc, car insurance & car tax are All registered to my address.

so the long & short of this is, how to I defend my case ?

thanks in advance for any help.
