Yes. It appears that you are yet to understand that the keeper has more protection in law than the driver does.
I just realised what you were telling me. Thank you for the advice. I will back on tomorrow to upload pictures so everyone has a better understanding of what can happen next.

I suggest you go back and edit all your posts so that they only refer to The Driver and The Keeper. The edit button is the cog-like icon near the top right of your posts. Unfortunately there is a glitch on the site that is preventing new users from editing, so you may not be able to do this just yet. In any case, make sure that any communication with the scammers does not reveal the driver's identity. This goes for the registered keeper as well.

There is nothing stopping the day to day keeper from appealing this if a landowner cancellation is not forthcoming.

You could also try to find out if the landowner of the garage area is different to the area where the sign is placed.

Definitely no owners to those garages.

That is highly unlikely.  IMO OP may struggle if this goes to court, he/she should consider parking elsewhere.

    Yep
Seems to me sorting out the landowner issue is the first step here.

Good evening all, I hope you’re all well.

Thank you all for your help and advice. Apologies for the delay in uploading images; I forgot to take pictures before work and came home too late.

    I will post them now.

This is the entrance to the garage where I was parking. There are no parking restriction signs in the garage area

On the area closest to the camera; directly below me, is the road within the estate, which leads to other areas of the estate and garages and also the exit on to the main road.

The first image is the garage section the vehicle was parked. It was not blocking any garages that are used. The Second image shows the entrance / exit of the garage area. As you can see, no signs stating parking restriction in this area.

Maybe the enforcement boundary doesn't include the garages.  What has the Managing Agent said about that?

And who actually owns the garage area, too

As a matter of interest how do you know the garages aren't used?
