Have had a funny couple of weeks, haven't really done much which is fine as it helps me save the pennies but it is driving me mad as it makes me think about finances all the time and i am losing patience between paydays
I think i need to programme my mind to them being NSD's so think i will have to join the challenge to give me some extra motivation.
Hubby managed to get another 0% deal so all of his CC's are on 0% and they all have ages to go so we will potentially just divide the amounts by the months left and set up the direct debits that way, it means we know it will be paid off by the end and can just leave them in the background for now.
Got some topcashback money this month so that has gone straight in my debt overpayment pot in my starling account.LBM Debt Total : £48,326.50

We have both had our paydays and the last bill comes out of our account on Monday, i will have a couple of hundred extra to chuck at the debt which is good and then i just need to keep up with the surveys. I think i will get a little back from topcashback too so that will again so straight to the debt.
My youngest daughters have a party to go to Saturday so i will have to get a present / put money in a card if i cant decide what to get. It will only be a small amount of £5 which will come out of my birthday fund anyway.
My car passed it's mot with flying colours so that is all paid for and so is the tax for the year.

Whoops, i can not believe i haven't posted here in July.
We have all had a rough couple of months and i have been having a semi social media break which has helped. The world is still so crazy right now and i still have days where i want to get off!
Money is going good, i have been saving for Christmas all year and have bought 95% of the presents just got to try and find something for my brother but it is always so difficult.
I am also planning my daughters birthday party which i also saved for within my birthday budget this year. Have found a very cheap hall and a new children entertainer so much cheaper than others. Sweet cones instead of party bags which work out cheaper if i make them myself so all systems go.
I have totally lost track of how much debt has gone but i have cleared another couple of credit cards since i last posted so it is going in the right direction.
I will get back on track with keeping proper records, i will need to as some 0%'s end in Feb so i will need to move them around if possible.LBM Debt Total : £48,326.50

MOT on the car done yesterday, it passed luckily as we already knew we would need a new tire and also a light fixed. All out of the MOT/ Maintenance pot. I am so glad i found this site and started individual pots to save for all these yearly costs.
Home insurance renewed which was cheaper than last year so got a little left over in that pot which i will keep in there for next years renewal.
I got a form from my youngest's pre school for the 30 free hours childcare, i totally forgot we would be eligible for that in January it will save me a huge chunk of money each month which i can chuck at the credit cards. I reckon it will save me £300 minimum although i will then add to the 'school costs' pot instead.
