OH DEAR .... CST still churnibg out the same old rubbish
please provide your detailed calculations in determining the alleged charge amount of £170.00
CST know the added £70 is a fake .... anyone asking CST this question never gets an answer ..... for CST, to actually follow through and take you to court with fakery is dangerous for them over a £100 ticket
You have done the right thing. If they reply with a dreamed up reason, do lett us know.
Anyone know of the outcome of the SRA investigation into CST .. AKA CREDIT STYLE ?1 -
Thank you patient_dream.Rest assured, if they do reply, I'll post it up straight away.1

Good morning all,
I hope somebody can point me in the right direction.
I have received numerous letters over the last couple of months from Credit Style claiming that I owe Tonik Energy (now in administration) money. I switched from them last October 2020. I ignored the letters at first thinking it might be a scam.
I have now received a more threatening letter from CST Law saying they may pursue the money through the county courts.
I contacted them saying I would pay what I owe but need some proof as to why. They have sent me what looks like an energy statement.
How do I know I can trust them after al this time. They could tell me anything. Are they within their rights to do this? They did not ask for this money at the timer of the switch0 -

I wondered if anyone else currently has a case actually in progress at court with CST Law?
I have one which did ultimately make it to court, through various different disputes - most of the invoices (covering a period of a week or so) were quashed on appeal, but CST law submitted a court case for 3 of them of which I was using ParkingFinesUK to fight (whom has now stopped acting on anyones behalf...) so I am left with an active Court case that has been going for some time, and I do not believe has yet been heard.
My case also includes various added 'fees' that CST law have added on, no different to what they have tried with everybody else it looks like.
I have asked Northampton County Court to update the details on my case to my own so that I get updates about it, but would like to know if anyone else is in the same position and what (if anything) I can realistically do to get this kind of content into my case?
Kind regards

Surely your case is allocated to your local court by now and you MUST ring the local County court urgently to ask for a copy of any Directions, that I assume were sent to a false address.
You may have to start with the CCBC again to ask which local court the case was allocated to, if you didn't fill in your own N180 Directions Questionnaire and chose your own nearest court.
You need to get on top of this quickly, because if the claim was more than a few weeks ago (which if must have been because that company stopped trading months ago) then this has been with your local court for weeks, and they will expect a witness statement from you. They will have been sending court orders and directions to the wrong address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The case was lodged back in December 2020 so some time ago, it has been waiting in the court system for well over a year. A defence was submitted already (again, I did this via ParkingFines UK who have now ceased activities leaving me in a bit of a mess) but as they took over that part, I don't have any valid login details to the small claims system, even though I have my case number/etc.
If I can somehow find out from CCBC which local court it was allocated to (I have a feeling it would be one near where PEter Fisher of Parking Fines UK was operating from....) is the next step to ask them for copy of all directions as mentioned?
What happens now that CST-Law have ceased trading - I didn't know that to be honest!
Thank you ever so much for the reply, really appreciated0
