The response might be interesting. 😊Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Good morning,
Received the same CST LAW £170.00 LBC in post last week.
Have read through everything - so I have followed the Newbies sticker and have sent a SAR email yesterday to PPS London and a deny of debt and legal authority email to CST Law.
I have received an email this morning from PPS London requesting the PCN and VRN.
I replied with both.
They have now replied again:
'Could you please confirm. What is your relation to this PCN. As registered keeper of the vehicle is different in our system.'
I'm not the registered keeper but assumed they'd know what the query is about considering they've instructed CST Law.
Quick info - I disputed the PCN for several months in 2019 and 2020 as the parking was paid for but I accidentally put one incorrect digit on VRN in mobile app.
Am I even obliged to reply to them now?
If they don't know what my query is regarding - are they even aware of CST Law acting on their behalf trying to claim money from me for them?
Shall I just ignore as I've done what is requested with the SAR?

As you know, this is a fake claim CST has never been able to explain the fake add-on of £70

What have you told them ??0 -

Did it include any unlawful amount for debt collection? If so please read this and complain to your MP and Trading Standards. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

It only included a figure of £170.00. Nothing else specified.0

I'm not frightened by CST Laws threats, I have done no wrong and won't be intimidated. But I do not want a CCJ against my name.
So am I just sitting here waiting for that to happen? And then having to react to clear it in court?0 -
No there is no template for complaints, for obvious reasons. Think about it and why it needs to be in your own words- far more powerful.
I really hope you have done the Government Consultation and told them what you think of them increasing charges to £130 PLUS FAKE DEBT RECOVERY COSTS IN TOP!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
