AFAIK there is nothing to be lost by sending a SAR at any time, so you may as well do it now rather than wait and be trying to do it when you're being pressured to create and file a defence.

and that goes direct to the PPC?

And, if you feel in a fun mood, ask CST LAW for a copy of the contract they think you have with DRP, ....... that will be fun when there is not one ??

Yes, with a copy of your V5C (logbook) - if the same vehicle as that at the time of the parking incident, or redacted copies of two recent utility bills showing your address. Don't be tempted to send anything like your driving licence or passport.

There's a link to a SAR template in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post.
Car was being used by another occupant - assume v5 not required

What should be redacted form the utility bills?

Liability transferred as per Coupon-Mad sneaky tactic - POPLA appeal was weak

Thereforejust to be clear on SAR information to be requested and what should/shoudn't be requested as not related to RK?

    - all data held, all evidence they will rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, NTK - can liable occupant request NTK?

-and a list of all PCNs they say are outstanding against you and/or this VRN

You only need to prove your name and address; take out anything else such as bank details and payment amounts.  Not sure what you mean about "Car was being used by another occupant - assume v5 not required".  Is it the car for which you are the registered keeper?  Are you defending the matter as registered keeper?  Are you the one that is being pursued by the PPC?  If yest to all three, then you can use a copy of the V5C - but NO driving licence or passport!  Regarding your SAR, you are correct in what you are requesting.

There's nothing to stop you sending (separate) SARs to all companies that may hold data on you ... the PPC, DRP, CST Law .......
I take it the SAR letter should request the same information from DRP and CST - i.e. photos, PCN, NTK - you know, the details that may have been shared with them by the PPC and apparently makes them somehow legitimate ( :D ) in their pursual of the unpaid debt?
