Good morning
I seem to have got lost by the wayside at the end of the week. Not a lot of flying to report either.
Yesterday I spent some time with DD in small town for an hour, which was nice as she doesn’t want my company that often. We were checking up which cs were open and accepting donations, so there was a plan, not mingling in shops which for me is too anxious.
I finally sorted out the shopping delivery from the week, which meant that the fridge and freezer also got a turn out. Meal plan to be done today. Other jobs for the day are:
Move some books onto the new shelf in spare room which DH finally put up on Friday
S&s bathrooms
cut grass at the allotment -nicely delegated to DH
make another facemask. Having worn the 3 different styles that I made, I now know which one is most comfortable
maybe finally plant the leeks at the allotment. If I don’t change my mind yet again about where they are going.
Getting dressed might be my best first strategy though. And a second cuppa.8 -
Round I love the idea of all your Flylady friends sitting on the lid of your stressy box to keep the worries inside it, happy to park my booty on there if it helps!
DS had his two best friends around last night for a BBQ and they all got very drunk (outside in garden so didnt really bother us except for my minor anxiety over drinking and fire pit). He was supposed to get up early to go fishing with his Dad but no sign of him which has made me cross, he is old enough to know better. DH is being very laid back about it but something will be said when he does appear.
So, DS loo bleached to within an inch of its life - both visitors used it last night, and any door handles they might have touched have also been thoroughly cleaned. In accordance with instructions they didnt go any further than the loo which is straight inside the back door. Off to put some washing in and potter. Online banking checked and DHs Quickbooks brought up to date. Lovely and sunny out there, really want to get out, need to find out if the fishing is happening or not.9 -
MorningSunny here to, not a lot to report, except I have dust all over the house from the removal of the small shower room, and a load of mess out side waiting for a skip, the dust can wait as I'm weeding today and painting a ceiling, then off to the beach this afternoon as the tide will be out so plenty of room and sand....................Have a good dayBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Thank you YL
xx Your booty will be greatly appreciated.
2nd load of washing has been pegged out and 3rd load is swishing after careful consideration of how much line is left. I've left the WUDUPA for a while as the sun is full on the kitchen window - and slow roasted Roundtuit is not on today's menu.

Morning.
Rosie woke me up at 3.45 because she wanted to get a drink of water from her bowl in the garden, even though she had plenty in her indoor bowl I managed to get back to sleep for about an hour afterwards, and have been attacking the piles of coloured card and paper in the study since 6.00 (a lot of it is going to my grandchildren and to DS2 for his work). [Fer-ling!] Suddenly I have a lot of empty A4 plastic storage boxes, which will help me when I sort out my family history stuff It's a good thing that it's recycling week - the paper/card sack is already nearly full!
Lovely sunny day here (the sunrise was spectacular). I hope you've all got good weather for whatever you want to do today. For some reason, fisher(wo)men seem to prefer rain!
Bad news: the toilet is definitely still leaking, so DS1 will have to take it out again and re-fit it

Sorry I have been missing the latter half of the week too. Yesterday I had a lazy morning, then spent a couple of hours at the allotment. I cut the grass (well, until I ran out of juice on the strimmer - it needs finishing), weeding & harvesting. I also planted out 2 cucamelons - I'm not sure they are going to do much!
Back home to chill for a bit, then went for a run 'with' DH (he doesn't run with me - I'm far too slow!). I managed to do 5k - I know this because I ran the park run course. Unfortunately I paused strava 2 seconds into my run as I put some music on! 🤦♀️ I did swear!!
Today I have done 2 loads in the WM - one has been hung out. DH is poo picking, then hopefully cutting the grass. I need to potter in the garden - lots of weeding, and I still have some stuff that needs potting on or planting out. I am hoping to have a working potting bench by the end of the weekend 🙏 We also need to do a food shop, and the fridge needs a good clear out.
Round I was sorry to read that your weekend started a bit stressy, but pleased that Stressy Bessy appears to be back in her box now! 😁
Have a good day everyone!

Me again. DH is back, he'd gone food shopping. I have s&sd the kitchen and bathrooms, done all the dailies except putting the rubbish out and cooked a breakfast for DH. Also done a workout. Now showered and dressed, I'm taking the dogs out for a quick walk next.Spend less now, work less later.9

Morning all
my currants were picked, cleaned and jammed last night. I ran out of sterilised jars for the last bit so it's gone in a clean tiny jar and a clean even tiniers jar (individual Bonne Maman) which means I have had jam on toast for breakfast. Washing on line - a couple of pots watered and some weeds picked while I waited for the rabbits to go in their pen. They took ages.
