Evening all! Know what you mean about being lazy - I am at heart a complete couch potato!! Ok when I get there but hopeless at getting to gym/swimming & manage ANY excuse! Tonights (unoriginal one!) was hat its bin day do I need to do litter trays - yeah like thats gonna take 4 hours lol!! Pathetic I is!!
Keep up the good work...well get there in the end! I'm sure my dc would love me to loose more than the 2 - 3 stone I want to go but its not gonna happen I like being curvy 14/14 ta much - just not lardy 18/20!! Hugs all...just remember though that beauty IS what is inside but you also have to love yourself...Yes taxi times are hard & its is luxuries that go first isnt it eh...

Think you probably exerted more effort helping your friend moving than you would at the gym. Just think of the fun you will have in your new trainers though. I love getting new trainers and trying them out, how sad is that

I think once FLM is out of the way I need another goal otherwise it is so much easier to sit and watch tv....

Hi you 2....I was helping her today as well and it's so sad seeing someones business being sold off bit by bit...
My widows are being fitted tomorrow so then it's only the door to go which will be in a couple of weeks.
glad to see I'm not the only one that's a couch potato then (better word than lazy)..think I will go along jbs line and find something to focus on to keep me motivated.,

Taxi, did a 3 mile walk tonight. Are you proud of me?!!! (2miles on sunday too! and 'robics on monday night, can't say i'm not trying eh?)

Another walk on friday and sunday then we're working up to run 1min/walk 1 min next week. I am carping myself!!!

Luckily my chum is a bit of a control freak so she keeps me in line.... altho i do go to 'robics on my own.

Edit: in fact, what the hell!! I'm off to join the DFW running club!! that way i can post my exploits without hijacking your thread!!

Morning all,
Day 11...and feeling tired again..thought giving up was meant to make you feel healthier...
The window man is here fitting the front windows so not much getting done today.I have done online banking etc and clickthroughs and got some washing on but apart from that not a lot else I can do.
So nothing to report really.Take care x

My washing is also on - wil be line drying today as tumble drier is to be used for emergencies only now!!

Hi Sea...you started that new thread yet?.....will go have a look in a minute.
The upstairs window is in and he's been for lunch and just come back and made a start on downstairs so will be a few hours yet.
it's a beautiful day today ..such a shame to be in...have hung some washing out but will have to dry some in the dryer as I've loads to do.
off to have a look now what everyone is up to.
