Afternoon everyone,..not much to report today.Just been chilling out , done the washing etc..Day 7 and still not had a cig...the £1k has arrived in my bank..done my surveys etc and that's it really.
Hope you are all having a good day x

Fantastic news re the cigarettes Taxi - how are you managing without them?

I know it sounds completely daft but I have (deliberately) not had chocolate since Friday and I got the shakes yesterday, in a foul mood and massive headaches - I really must have eaten that much!! So you have my sympathies as I would imagine cigarettes are far harder to come off.

Why can't we have things we like and they be good for us

It's always more fun being naughty than good!!!...LOL good luck with giving up chocolate.
I'm doing ok without them but I feel a little stressed today but will get over it.It's more boredom today I think but I really couldn't be bothered going anywhere.
I didn't have a headache this morning though and more a blocked nose so think it's getting better..lol..
Think I'm going to have a nice hot soak in the bath soon with some nice bubbles and do a facial.

Morning everyone..hope you are all well
It's sunny here but a little chilly all the same it's a lovely day anyway.I have some washing on the line and some more in washing as we speak.
Day 8 of not smoking today and I'm doing fine.Meant to be going to town with DH but he hasn't got up yet!!!..sick of waiting for him so will go out on my own if he's not up shortly....
Nothing to report really as I've done my clicks etc.Have a good day everyone.
