Hi everyone well I'm knackered....my taxi is a write off (probably..just awaiing confirmation)....
DH was out driving last night and basically a idiot didn't stop at the give way sign and ran into our car causing it to spin and end up in the side of a house.DH is home now but has bruising and is aching all over..he also lost consciousness so last night was spent awaiting removal of the vehicle and at the hospital with DH.....!!!!!!
I have no back panel on the passenger side and no front panel on that side either buckled wheels ..it's a real mess and DH could have been killed!!!!!....I'm absolutely gutted....thankfully he will be ok....
I have a replacement pitted cab arriving tomorrow...so will be able to get back to work saturday....I have been on the phone all day today sorting stuff and luckily the other drivers insurance phoned today and said they are accepting all liability so that is something I guess!!!!....the solicitor (mine has been to the house tonight) so the ball is rolling now.....so am pretty peed off and quite frankly feel like I've been in the crash..I feel sick..luckily he had dropped his passengers off on the next street only 2 mins earlier..so we haven't got those complications.I am awaiting the loss adjuster to see if it's a write off and to be fair I want them to write it off as I don't feel safe driving it again having had that amount of damage....
    Nothing else to report xx

Aw taxi - big hugs to you and to DH. Thank goodness there were no serious injuries though.

    Cars can be replaced.....people can't x

I truly hope you get things sorted quickly, and that DH makes a rapid recovery. Remember though that these things are very emotional, and emotion can be very draining, so take good care of yourself too over the next few days - "shock" hits when you least expect it.

    xx
