  • Well I’m on the edge of my seat now. It’s back with the underwriters for a third time today after more information and a letter from my boss explaining how my bonuses work..... The wait is excruciating - if it can’t happen I just want to know so I can get on with my life!!!!

Today marks the 7th weeks since the full application was submitted!!!!

Fingers crossed you hear something soon!
  • What documentation do you have to provide at Santander? Is it payslips only or bank statements?

3 months worth of each if you're PAYE. Extra stuff if you're self employed such as 3 months business bank statements and 2 years tax calculations and overviews.

Ah congrats!! I'm guessing it must be self-employed applications that are having a delay in that case as i remember you saying you weren't some way back!

There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to the time! I've seen SE approved in 2 weeks and PAYE take 7 on here of late....
Seems to be luck of the draw!
  • We are not SE, starting week 6, so no idea really how they look at it. Not much we can do anyway, just wait.
