Hi everyone ! Been lurking for a while , we submitted application through a broker about 3 weeks ago now (he insisted on doing it early to secure The rate 🤷🏽♀️) and then we submitted my April payslip last Monday , supporting letters to confirm my salary on Thursday and hoping to hear back by the end of this week. Keeping everything crossed, and hoping our (private) buyer hurries up too!! Congrats to everyone who has received offer / valuations today xx
