Ive seen so many people being declined at underwriter stage for failing credit or not meeting criteria surely this is checked before it goes into UW que? As a waste of our and their time?
My solicitor is writing to lender today as my buyer is threatening to pull out if we cannot exchange by the 10th December don't hold out much hope that this will speed anything up.
Good luck today for those waiting0 -

Good luck today for those waitingWe had what I’m trying to convince myself is borderline good news this morning, it’s only ‘good’ though as it could have been worse 😂😂
we were put back into the queue on the 9th November.....so although we thought we’d hit the top this week it should get there in a couple of weeks....around 8 weeks after the application went in, but no point in starting fresh with another lender. Just hoping that they start smashing through the queue 🤞🏻1 -

I can't believe how much everything has changed we got a mortgage in 2019 my husband only had company 18 months, 5% deposit 95% LTV with a small building society and 2 credit cards
This time he's had the company 3 years, 69%LTV and no debt and struggling to find a lender to touch us.
