Oh god that’s so much more then we’ve given. We are exactly the same as you with our company.26C said:

Did you join 9/10 or 9/11?85c said:
Oh no, are you both SE? What have you submitted so far? We joined the uw que on the 7th so very close to u.26C said:
We are having the same problems. been in UW queue from 9th and still waiting to confirm earnings. Santander don’t realise we are only a company to save tax.85c said:
Hubby said it wasn’t any of that it was something about earnings over last 3 years, to be honest we didn’t really understand it, accountant just sorted it.26C said:
was this your final 2020 accounts in at companies house or just the accountant certificate confirming the estimated figures for 2020?85c said:
We are a limited company to, we uploaded the sa032 form plus accounts, last week we had to submit a new form from Santander for accountant to fill in. With our up to date earnings but others have submitted this with initial application.cherryx3x3 said:
My partner has a Limited company so we have provided SA302 forms and accounts for the last 3 years. Hopefully I am just over thinking everything....it makes you go mad this waiting around 😒NatNat77 said:Cherry - Is your partner employed and have you provided evidence of his income? When I made my app they told me for what we needed to borrow they didn't need evidence of my additional self employed income as what we already earned between us should have been enough, and it could always be added later if needed. Saved uploading more evidence and making it more complicated than necessary. And they were right, ours was approved without it. Maybe your MB is confident you can borrow what you need with the evidence you've already provided?Hubby thinks it was to prove we wasn’t effected by covid as that’s what we declared. (We haven’t been)
Heard back on 12/11 that they sent it back to senior UW. Now they are asking for final 2020 business accounts just when our business year has finished. Next to impossible with accountants almost a year behind. Just waiting to hear if they will accept our accountants certificate. We are both SE under my company to reduce our tax. Only me that works in company. We have sent in 3 years sa302’s, 3 years business accounts, 6 months bank statements to show covid isn’t a problem and now the hold up with accountants certificate.0 -
I have a feeling you will still hear this week, I'm sure this is not going to be another couple of weeks wait. I also have a feeling it will be good newsMeh123 said:
I’ve created an action plan in my head...whilst drinking wine 🍷pinklady3333 said:Is it worth asking in the ‘ask a mortgage broker thread’ for their advice?
1. What date did the new solicitors details go into the system, what’s our new ‘passed to underwriters date’
2. how long will it take to get back to the top of the queue? Is it a shorter time frame than going elsewhere?
3. Are there better deals available now elsewhere to when we first applied?
4. Open another bottle of wine and order a pizza because what’s another lb of lockdown weight at this stage of the game. The biggest kick in the teeth is going through my old messages and realising we were 100% originally passed to UW on the 26th October which would have been this week 😖
this horrible wait will not last forever.
Although we have the offer, I still can't quite believe it and I won't believe until we get the keys 🙈22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed0 -
Morning all
Ive seen so many people being declined at underwriter stage for failing credit or not meeting criteria surely this is checked before it goes into UW que? As a waste of our and their time?
My solicitor is writing to lender today as my buyer is threatening to pull out if we cannot exchange by the 10th December don't hold out much hope that this will speed anything up.
Good luck today for those waiting0 -
Our MB said a letter does help. We asked our solicitor to do it but she refused.Katemb94 said:Morning all

Eurgh don’t like the sound of that at all, I’ve not seen many rejections from Santander apart from really complex cases or changes in circumstances (furlough etc). Apparently their DIPs are normally really secure, just another worry to add to the worry bank I suppose 😖Katemb94 said:
