Does he talk about switching single fuels on his show? I'm not sure if he does. I first found out how much cheaper it is on the Yorkshire thread when everyone was talking about who to move to.

Thinking Neon were just about to go bust I decided to cancel under the cooling off period. I did just that but because the switch was complete NR said they would treat it as an erroneous transfer and sent the request to Symbio.  When I spoke to Symbio they said as we are now bust we will just ignore the request and do nothing. Also because no records have  been transferred to O.en Next they can not help.

I have tried to contact NR but as usual no response. So who is supplying me at the moment is very much up in the air.

Check with your DNO to see who they think it is...

Neon Reef and Utility Warehouse are still offering cheaper-than-price-cap rates via Cheap Energy Club, surely they are both teetering on the edge as a result? Definitely feels like it's not worth switching right now even after a doubling of unit rates.

Funnily enough Symbio never sent me a final bill when I switched in July. British Gas took over my PFP Energy account, but then Eon Next contacted me saying they were going to take over my supply too, even though Symbio don't supply me any more. What a complete farce.
