@molerat And your point is? That issue was discussed and resolved yesterday, as a probable piece of statutory housekeeping by Ofgem, that I mistook for new information. I was in error.

Switch from Eon completed today and already updated with Neon Reef on the supplier database.

We’ll it might only be automated but at least I get a reminder from NR that my monthly readings are due - never got that off green…

...and they produced this month's statement on time and accurately.  However still haven't replied to my query re DD review from 3 weeks ago.

I went via uk power networks which is for London, se, e England

Then from this to my identified gas and electricity websites (eg Cadent for gas so just googled cadent) where can put in address and tells you who registered supply company is.
