I’ve got no idea what my annual consumption is. How would I find that out?
Why do you want to come off E7 if you've got no idea what your actual usage is? Have a look on your online account for all the actual readings Bulb have since you've been with them.

Then how did you manage to switch to Bulb -  not by telling them how many rooms I hope.
It's about time you took control.
To work out what your annual consumption is you need two reads about 12 months apart -  have you a final bill from your previous supplier,  anything from Bulb, .................   then its a matter of some simple sums

    Tell us a bit about your flat/house - -
I do everything online and can no longer access my previous suppliers account and have no statements from Bulb on my account

Thank you for that info - often cheap to repair (a thermal link or element)
If it was me I would initiate a switch as Gerry1 has said. That will force Bulb to reimburse you.
Some readings - any readings would be good.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

I have 3 readings showing on my account (and I’ve absolutely sent more than that).
    Oct 2019 10185 peak 4773 night
    March 2020 15702 peak 9381 night
    July 2020 17973 peak 10059

WOW what are you using ?
Assuming these readings are all actual and not estimated :-
17973 - 10185 peak is about 10000 a year ; 10059 - 4773 is about 6000 (assuming you use little at night at this time of year.
That make E7 worth while.  Day time is very high - in addition to your wood stove do you have panel heaters, hot water on constantly. cost would be about £200  a month
    There's more going on here.

Are the meter readings actually for the meter you're connected to? Because those readings would suggest a property with storage heaters running full whack.

Yep my meter apparently. I have 2 storage heaters but they’re switched off at the wall as they don’t work properly. They’re about 30 years old

There's no need to have the immersion on constantly. It should have two switches - the one that is labelled BOOST should be switched off. If there's just one of you then you should have plenty of hot water even at this time of the evening.
