Hi Lil_me £140 is a lot is it presents? The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

A couple of personalised presents, cards which are in the sale, chocolates, birthday cards which are cheap, some housey stuff, mixed bag I think is the best way to describe it! I've looked on every page of the website I think, amazes me that from one 'leaflet' to another it's a totally different price, oh and those card holders
Think I should go to bed, got to finish where my Mam's bed can go tomorrow yet, brisket has finally defrosted I think so that to put in the SC in the morning. One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200

Morning
Thanks for the link re studio, I think I've still got my heart set on the NEXT one though none of the others just don't cut it with me lol
I'm up at stupid o'clock again, it's really peeing me off now, I wouldn't mind but I'm ready to go back to bed as everyone else is getting up which is a nuisance, and I get so bored mainly through the week when I'm in by myself all day, I think the answer is to start the home-gym sessions again, then at least I'll be physically tired.
Did my neck in yesterday so can barely move and I've still got a cough off the cold I had the other week so that's fun when I start up, it's agony lol
Going to Home Bargains today :j it's much more fun when you've got a shopping partner (DD1) who, incidentally is fine. Got £20 to my name and I'll probs spend that in there, sod the teathey can have chips!

Morning All
:bdaycake: Happy Birthday LJD1 - hope you're having a good weekend!
Wrote some Christmas cards yesterday and took the kids to a party - I think that was probably about it!
I was supposed to be having a lie-in this morning but kids came and woke me up while DH is still snoring as usual! TD is already on and I'm just about to load the WM again.
Hope everyone has a good day

Morning flyladies especially our birthday two - hope you have a lovely day.
Why am I up early with no kids? I knew this would happen so used to getting up by now. Still I am having a cuppa and doing some on line surveys which will help clear some more old emails then I am writing 5 christmas cards. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Happy birthday wishes to our two birthday girls!
Hope you both have great days.:D
Pouring down with rain here. Hope it clears up as this afternoon I want to take DS into town for the Victorian Festival this weekend the city is holding to co-incide with the naming of the new Queen Victoria cruise ship.
Also got to visit friends this afternoon and need to pop round to dad's this morning.
Don't think DH will be venturing far. He's been up all night being ill and lots dreadful today. Will leave him to rest and try and keep DS occupied and out of his way.
Wrapped my sister's presents last night which is a good start on the wrapping front. We decided last year that all our presents to each other will come from charity shops and jumbles and with a budget of £10 I'm really pleased with what I have managed to get her. 8 tops (she loves clothes), a pretty lilac flowered jug, a huge hand embroidered cushion, a brand new still in packaging bone shaped photo frame and a jewellery box which looks brand new.
Wrote out some more Christmas cards whilst DS was out playing yesterday so a few more people can be ticked off my list.
Need to think about meals we'll be eating over Christmas and menu plan for the month generally.
Quick tidy round the house and then on with the day.
Have a good one....it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.

Morning folks
Me and charlie up early on our own while DH works at 'carols in the crap' - basically a brass band and carol service in the middle of a wet muddy field, so he is going to be chilled to the bone and i will have lots of horrible clothes to wash when he gets in. - oh well, at least i know what to expect.
lil-me - 140 pounds? On what?Know what you mean though - i'll just have this at 1.50, and then that is only 2, and then the bill is huge. I think i may stock up on some cheap wrapping paper again while the nice luxury ones are cheaper.
 Happy Birthday to Julie and LJD

It was really grey and still here when I got up. Then a little bit of drizzle, a little bit of breeze and now blue skies very odd but has made me feel better. Another cuppa, 5 cards (still not done) and then the sewing machine to do the mending. Can't go in the shower yet as OH has the head in a jug of vinegar and he is still asleep - I am not mean enough to wake him .....yetThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Good news - I have written 10 cards and copied the addresses into the new address book.
Bad news the sky is grey again - it was nice sitting in the sun writing the cards.
Right cuppa for waking up hubbie I want my shower. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
