Okay this is probably pushing it but could you use the bike on Friday? I know I wouldn't be able to but for all I know you might be a biker chick?!?!

You are calm...you are very calm...see, if we say it enough it will work!

Snaggles...men are great like that aren't they. My OH works away and has just phoned up to say he's tired. Tired! Tired! I'll give him tired running after the children...working...tidying...not sleeping because my brain won't switch off....

Sorry, i'm calm...i'm very, very calm! I SAID I'M CALM!

You are calm, YOU ARE CALM, YOU ARE VERY CALM.

MEN !!! Once we accept it, much as we love em, men are to55ers and have no understanding of how much we women do. They're also liars and cheats but we dont have to let them know thats what we think of them because we have one up on them if we dont tell em. How much have I had to drink :o

Guess I'm lucky in that most days I can leave OH to get DD up and to and from school as thats one battleground I dont have to deal with on a daily basis.

I think a lot of people are having problems posting tonight...it's very quiet. I'm glad it's the master bedroom tomorrow as ours is the one room that needs quite a bit of work right now. Still have a lot of displaced junk I mean precious belongings from the living room in the bedroom so need to find new homes for things or get rid. Off for an early night xx

Lol, def with you on that...let them believe that we think they're equal! I'm having the whole of this weekend off because it's my birthday and I know he'll be great with the children etc. However, what annoys me is that all my friends will tell him how wonderful he is for getting them up, taking them swimming, feeding them etc. It's what I do every day. To give him his due - he finds it amusing that people tell him he's wonderful for caring for his own children.

Right, really off to sleep now xx

  • Very late checking back in today - had a really slow start (I blame the beaujoulais nouveau) and then had to hang around waiting for the plumber (no hot water at the mo!). Anyway, got all of the levels done apart from putting everything in its place - I have such a slew of stuff that spills from one shelf to another and seems to cover every available horizontal surface that it's a nigh on impossible task to 'clear it away'. need to flylady in small chunks I think!.

So, I am out most of tomorrow and can't be sure where I'll get to with the tasks, but I'll get somewhere,
    sleep well,
