Oh Tia, maybe its some great great uncle or aunt that you dont know about. Hopefully that way 'cos although it would be sad its not like loosing a loved one (just re-read that and i sound really heartless:o ).
I did the ironing so :j . Collected DD1 from school she is complaining of ear ache again so phoned doctors and they have medical students that need to see children so got an appointment for 5.20pm.
All in all had a good day on the flying front. Lounge needs rehoovering after littles snack but other than that its all good:D0 -
Thanks to all of you for saying it's ok to recycle - don't feel so mean now. I've only got three presents left to buy now and that's just little token things.
Didn't get to sleep until 2am this morning and was up at 7 so hoping for an early night. Children having tea at my mums so i'm putting my feet up for an hour and having a browse on here.

LJD - personally I'd prefer the chocolates to the wine or bath stuff anyway, as I don't drink, so wine's out, and usually have showers, and I definitely recycle my pressies if I don't need them so don't feel bad.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Evening Ladies
Having a terrible time logging onto to this site and accessing the threads   , sorry haven't caught up on todays thread.
Anyway, so far living room dusted, floor hoovered, floors hoovered in hall, stairs and kitchen. Dinner cooked and eaten (spag bol - my favourite). Just about to wash dishes and take DS to football practice, then need to nip to Mr T's to return some lights and pick up some bits & pieces.
Will try and write some xmas cards when I get back.
See you later (thats if I can get back onto the site)

Evening folks.
can't believe it is tuesday already. Sorry to make you lovely ladies so worried about me. It makes me feel better talking to you lot as i sometimes think am i just being a moaning minnie, but the amount of school work i do is seriously rubbish at the moment and has been for the past few years. I guess i am just feeling it more while also running around after a 14 month old and being 4 months pregnant.
I may end up needing more time off anyhow as charlie had gunky eyes again today when i picked him up from nursery.
plan for this evening:- 2 lesson plans to look through this evening and make sure they are ok
- mark a set of 30 year 7 books
- try and look over my return to work stuff as i am supposed to be having a meeting with my head of faculty about it tomorrow
- make some sort of chicken based dish with the leftovers from sundays roast
- wash my hair
- iron some clothes for me to wear to work tomorrow
- get the WM on with a dark load
firstly, bath and bedtime for charlie and then i can start my stuff.
Michelle, x
ljd i have ended up taking many 'gifts' to the charity shop once i joined here, because it is the gesture of giving that is the gift for me. If i kept every card and present that a child gave me my house would need a small extension. So i would definitely regift without having a guilty conscience.0 -
Evening everyone, list is up, sorry it's a bit late. Have accomplished level 3 today so pleased with that
have rehomed 3 things instead of 2 as found somewhere for the SC to live by shifting cupboards about a bit. Kitchen level 3 finished.
Have done most of the dailies, kids fed but we're eating later...in peace! Not often we get chance to but with the usual Tuesday night thing not being on this week will make the most of it.
Right, time to get the boys ready for bed, while they watch the end of transformers, TTFNOne day I might be more organised...........

Evening,
do you all wanna have a laugh - they want £1100 to repair the car :rotfl: , we've had it 2 weeks so as you can imagine the air was bluer than blue. The garage we bought it from (about 80 miles away) has agreed to pay a repair bill up to £500, so he has ordered the parts supposedly to get them sent to us as its cheaper than the main dealer we took it to, then we have to take it to our little specialist who really cant fit it in for repair but said he'll try, and I need it to go to work on Friday (16miles away and NO buses run there) and then onto my Christmas meal with work. Shall i start a book on my chances of getting it done.
I've got to wait for my Tekko delivery between 9 and 11 so am going to watch Trinny and Susannah then get the hoover out to do the living rooms etc.
Will update laterMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
What a nightmare Kazmeister and yet you sound so calm. Will the garage give you a courtesy car or is that wishful thinking? Surely they've sold it unfit for purpose so should be doing a bit more than talking about only paying £500! Collective positive thinking will get it done for Friday....erm...did we say which Friday? xxJanuary budget

I have done rubbish today
every time I put Natasha down she howled in pain and fury (teething) so vaccuming wasn't an option. I did do the dusting and tidying though. Was going to get hubby to take her for a while but he has come in from work tired and grumpy, ate his tea (along with some chips he bought on the way home ) and promptly fell asleep on the sofa. Why do I bother??
Have to say though, the downstairs of our house is looking nice already, despite my failure today!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
