Oh wow - flylady on MSE!!! I tend to do a different area each day (rather than stick with one each week - works for me at least).

I'll certainly be joining this challenge in future - just fun to have support for it!

Okay, I've given up all pretence of going out to do the weekly shopping this morning, and am having a large strong coffee, and a slice of chocolate fudge cake.:D Any one else fancy a slice??

I have done two lots of washing, and some online shopping...so not a totally guilty conscience! I've done my accounts for November, and gone through my Christmas shopping lists - like pigpen, I have a notebook, and then lots of bits of paper as well! I know what I have left to get, and I've almost found all the money to buy it with as well.

DS2 home with the nasty cold, DS1 happily very much better this morning, so I feel relieved that I made the right decision to keep him home, resting quietly, and not drag him round doctors and hospital, which made things so much worse last time.DD went to school very reluctantly this morning!

michelle - always happy to listen! I really appreciate the support that I have been given here, and not just with the housework! So, I'm happy to return the favour.

trainee millionaire - you're allowed to give in to those urges to do a little more! Pat on the back, haven't you done well!!

And to all the newbie flyers, make sure you give yourself time to admire what you've achieved, and I reckon come the end of the week, a little treat to celebrate!

Actually, the little treat applies to all of us, cos we're worth it!!

Found slow cooker recipe for brisket that sounded nice so all preped and on low now - just hope it tastes as good as it smells:D . Dont expect DH or littles to like it but tough!

    Bedroom started:-

Canvas storage shelving unit - tidied and top hoovered
Underbed - hoovered (dug some jumpers out of one of the suitcases under there)
Some stuff for charity shop dug out
Box of stuff to ebay removed (will put out in garage now cotbed has been freecycled theres space for it)

Still have a huge box in the corner with xmas pressies in. I may wrap them tonight at least that way they can go under the tree at the weekend and I will get a corner of my bedroom back.

Driving lesson has been cancelled by instructor this pm so gives me more time to do a deep down clean and rearrange some of the littles presents so they dont see them;) .

Best get little some lunch, change her top again as we have "frogs" all over the sleeves. Must remeber to just get green tops next time:rolleyes: .

Oooo Tia Im a Grimfrown Fussypoop

I'd agree with that - lol!

Just having a cold slice of chicken and aspargus pie as an early lunch as I have decided to hit the shops now. Bored of flying. Actually finding the flying a bit demoralising as I am always playing catch up - need a rethink. I do fine Monday. Am too busy Tuesday, try to catch up Wednesday - get fed up with it and it goes down hill from there on. I know it all comes around again but the trouble is it all gets missed again here!

Where is my list that might make things seem better.

Dusty could you not rotate the rooms round. So week one on the days you can do stuff you do a b c, then the following week you do rooms c b a - not sure if that makes sense but it does in my little world! That way each room would get a deep clean one week and the following week a level 1 or 2 and the other rooms would get a level 1 or 2 one week and deep clean the next.

Right best get little un off to preschool then i need to come home and

    Finish the bedroom
    make chicken nuggets for freezer
    Hoover through
    S & S bathroom
    Prep veggies for tea
    Make yorkie mix for tea
Parcel up stuff to go back to Tesco direct

That sounds like a good idea shell :) I don't always follow the days exactly. Sometimes I feel like doing a lot and I'll get ahead. Other times I don't feel like doing much and I have a lazy day. Unfortunately the other times seem to be in the majority.....
