Izadora - well done on your weight loss x
Living_proof - keep plodding on x
Im just waiting for Bonnie to go to sleep. We had a terrible night which culminated in us getting up at 4am. This has consequently led me to feel awfully tired and very picky as regards food. Sweet things being the order of the day. I did however have an early lunch of fish pie and a huge salad which satiated my need to pick and Ive had a better afternoon. Im really hoping for a much better night. Bonnie is doing really well so if we can crack the night - times it would be the icing on the cake.
Bluedoggy - I will try the large toy, I will try any ideas for settling Bonnie so please give me your thoughts.
I am still keeping my diary and finding it very enlightening. I have added a hunger scale and have noted I don't always eat when hungry and it has shown me that my hunger spikes after my meds but subsides about an hour after. I have made a conscious effort not to give in to hunger at these times.
Anyway Bonnie quiet so must grab some shut eye while i can, another busy day tomorrow x
Bonnie is beautiful. How big do you expect her to get? I am told this breed can vary a lot in size?

Just signing in with a STS this week 😥. I am struggling to stick to good choices at the moment and i really need to refocus my efforts. We are going on holiday next week for 5 days and will eat out 5 times so I must try to be good or I could easily put on 5 or 6 lbs by end of Aug. All tips will be gratefully received. (I do have a flattering photo of myself taken back when I weighed 10:10 and looked very good,so I might take this with me, hidden in my handbag as "encouragement" ).

honeythewitch - I will have her on the bed with me when she is bigger. I have an adjustable bed that is quite high so would be worried about her falling off atm. She likes her crate and had a much better night last night so heres hoping. Thankyou for your interest in her - Im biased but she is gorgeous. Not sure how big she will grow. She is my fourth westie and yes you are right they vary in size. Molly doggy is quite small and has a fine bone structure but Bonnie is more chunky so we will see.
Monna - she is certainly at home with us and is very bright and switched on!!
An ok day as regards food not brilliant but not bad.
Hope you all have a nice evening xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.8 -
ouraggie, I have discovered that I can stop a temptation in full flow by talking to myself. Instead of just trying to THINK myself into being sensible, I say out loud, "Oh stop it! what are you thinking? Of course you don't need a biscuit, PUT IT DOWN."
Of course, I live by myself. You might get funny looks if you are in company.
It works though.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Morning All
just a quick dart in before work.
Have been well behaved this week (so far) I am making a red velvet cheesecake for dd for tomorrow as it is GCSE result day and we are hoping it will be a celebratory cheesecake, lucky for me I am not a fan of cheesecake and neither is dh so I shall pack some up for my mum to take home and the rest will be for dd and ds.
I have 2 weeks hols next week (booked before all this kerfuffle) we are not going anywhere but will do the odd day out and use the time to get the kids ready for school and college, also my work hours will be going back to normal after so longer days and weekends again.
Todays food
B muesli, blueberries, nat yog
L lo spag bol apple
D lo chicken curry, fruit
I am continuing to weigh in on Friday in the hopes of motivating myself through the weekend 🤞
Molly , Bonnieis gorgeous, there is nothing like a puppy to tire you out and cheer you up❤️

Yet another halogen oven has bit the dust.
. It was this type.... https://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/mo-health-low-fat-air-fryer-355275 so if anyone has suggestions for an alternative I would be very grateful.
It has scuppered my meal plan for the day, because the oven recently blew up too.I think I'll go back to bed!
