Monna did you get all the boxes in? And can you now move?
I've had four inches cut from my hair so I'm happy and feeling lighter (well my head does 😁) and a lighter colour put in which is meant to blend with the grey. It looked good until I walked out into the heavy rain and realised my umbrella was a mile away 🙄
lunch was a cheese and coleslaw wrap with salad. Dinner was pork chop (slightly over cooked 😳) bubble and squeak 'cake' runner & French beans, stuffed mushroom (goat cheese and herbs) roasted courgetteLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin11 -
Good morning, everyone
Welcome New Joiners to our friendly thread.
dumpling good to see you back.
Congratulations losers 👏
Weighing in - STS again. Not surprised, too much (although not excessive) chocolate, a couple of glasses of wine on several evenings to “kick start” me when I was too tired from gardening to get my dinner, and a pain au raisin yesterday, and some extra bowls of oatmeal with milk. Line drawn, new week, best of intentions yet again. Does running to catch up with the waggon count as exercise?
Plan for today
B : porridge (oats, water, hg alpine strawberries)
D : pork steak, fennel, courgette, cabbage; strawberries & cream
T : cheese salad; peach.
Best wishes to all, hope everyone has a good week.“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Morning all,
Brambling please can you put me down for a STS. Bit disappointed but it's been a funny week. At least it's not a gain.
Have a lovely day everybody 🌞☀️

Two pounds less for me this week. I can't believe it. In the middle of the week I was almost the same. The farm visit with my daughter and all the chasing must have worked.
Today's food:
B: cereals
L: halloumi burger with parsnips , corn and peas
D : red sauce with bacon pasta
S: strawberries, mango, spinach and cheese pie
Have a lovely Sunday!

Good Morning All,
I didn't get to pop in yesterday, in fact this next week may be a bit of a write off for reading and commenting as I'm just so busy at the moment, even my morning run has gone by the wayside for the last few days as I've been so tired that I've slept in. Given that I'm still reaching my 500 exercise calorie target I'm not sweating over it and an extra hours sleep is a higher priority than a run for me. Despite this I am still on target for a half pound loss tomorrow assuming I don't splurge today.
Menu plan:
B - Porridge and bits
S - melon/plum
L- hummus salad sarnie and red slaw
S melon/plum
D - tofu greens and rice
P - I've got a thing for those golden syrup porridge packets at the moment which is better for me than the chocolate and biscuits so I'll have one of those if I get to the shops to buy some more.
have a good splash in the rain everyone
