Hi
Commiserations Sirens on the gain, spending time with loved ones on special occasions is more important than counting calories on those days I think.
Well done littlevoice on the loss.
Today’s menu, not so well planned. I noticed the ham needed using after I’d already had bacon at breakfast and double cheese again at breakfast and lunch, different types though. It’s just within my calorie and macronutrients counts for the day so it’ll do.
Breakfast: egg and bacon topped with cheese muffin thingies with ketchup. Coffee with cream.
Lunch: ham, Wensleydale, iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and salad cream. Raspberries with a drizzle of cream.
Dinner: Mexican lime chicken, roasted peppers and onions, sour cream, side salad. Fizzy water.
Laters: milk chocolate
Take care all.

Well done Littlevoice 👏
Sirens I've added my ownto the list and made room for you on the naughty step whilst we catch our breathe before chasing down the wagon
at least you had an excuse mine was just a case of the blahs and too much carp I brought into the house to tempt me. It seems the courgette diet needs less chocolate and biscuits 🙄 not at the same time as the courgettes other than my nephew's cake 🙂. I'm currently talking myself out of making Welsh cakes
B - overnight oats
L - prawn and salad wrap
D - LO stuffed turkey breast, runner and French beans, HM chips

Good Morning Al,
I'm so busy at the minute and my reporting is has fallen by the way side a little. I hope everyone is ok and I'll catch up on the posts when I get a minute to sit down and take a breather.
I'm really struggling to motivate myself to get out and run this morning but I know I will feel better for it once I'm out. My food tracking has been a little off the last day or two. A bit too much of the sweet stuff creeping in so I need to stop drifting as I really want to lose that 1/2 this week. The chef who is working from the house I'm sitting looked at me with bewilderment yesterday when he asked me where the white chocolate was and I explained to him that I'd stored it in the garage to stop me eating it
Menu Plan:
B - porridge and bits
S - apple (must get some more fruit)
L- hummus salad sarnie and red slaw (nearly at the end!)
S - made some energy balls out of almond pulp (from almond milk) and dates so may have one of those if I don't get to replenish my fruit.
D - smorgasbord of fridge left overs with greens (I have lots of little bits of dinners left over that I need to eat up before I cook again.
Right I must get out and do this run

Good Heavens nana, that chef has obviously never shared a house with a weight watcher. I remember at one of the myriad of slimming clubs I joined, it was suggested that we kept any bars of chocolate in the freezer to stop us eating them. The next week I broke a tooth on a frozen Mars Bar.
I also remember my younger son giving me his pack of Milky Ways to mind so that his older brother couldn't get his hands on them. He had already eaten 2 so there were only 3 left. While they were at school I absent mindedly ate the 3 Milky Ways. This meant that I had to go out and buy another pack. And eat 2 of them so that the pack looked the same.
I am being so good this week you wouldn't believe. Honestly you wouldn't!I believe that friends are quiet angels

Smoked mackerel with lentils for dinner, cold stewed apples and yogurt for pud.
Hope everyone is having a good day. 🌻🌻A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it

Monna I'm not sure if they meant mars bars
Many years ago i read to keep chocolate in the freezer as it took longer to eat. So I cubed up a large bar of dark chocolate (Bournville was considered a good dark chocolate in those days) and popped it in the freezer and forgot about it. A couple of weeks later rummaging in the freezer one Sunday I found it and got my exercise for the day walking back and forth from the sofa to the freezer eating it one square at a time

Good evening all,
I'm sorry that I haven't been contributing. There's been a few real life problems - not mine but still upsetting because they involve people that I am very close to. I've been reading along but not really feeling like posting. Despite this, I haven't used eating to try and solve the problem which has to be a first. My sister seems to have given up on the low sugar thing judging by the photo of the ice cream sundae that she sent me which is disappointing but not unexpected. I only worry so much because our dad has had his leg amputated due to diabetes.
Anyhow, onwards and upwards. I need to record a 0.5 lb loss for last week please Brambling and I'll try a bit harder to post as well as read. The HT has finished school for 6 weeks and although he has holiday homework, it's not as much stuff as he had before he went back to school after lockdown so I won't be chasing him to finish his work as much.
Take care all of you7 -
Hello x
Up, wide awake and drinking copious amounts of tea!
I won't WI later today as won't be a true reflection - I will take the week to hopefully lose the 1lb i want to lose before m holiday x
Hugs xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.8
