Hi all,
I did feel rough yesterday truth be told. I have the quietest of weekends planned so hopefully that'll help. The staff on the chemo unit were very organised, makes you realise how much of it goes on.
I'm eating again today, but it'll have to be what I fancy rather than a plan (extenuating circumstances!!)
Have a good day everyone 🌼💛A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it

Hello All
Glad you are okay ttb and think you definitely deserve to have what you fancy, stay strong and positive ❤️I'm popping in quickly with a loss of -1lb I am expecting to put more than that back on next week as I'm currently up to my eyes in strawberry buttercream and fondant figures for ds birthday tomorrow...there will also be Chinese takeaway as that's his favourite 😎

Morning xx
WI showed - 1 lb this morning, which rather confirms my theory that I went in to severely at the beginning of the week and the food I ate on Thursday just evened things out. I will find the right balance one day. Who am I kidding? I'm nearly 60 - if there is a balance it's well-hidden. Better keep looking for it then
Hugs to ttb and nanan xx

Had a sneak weigh this morning as felt skinny and have bounced down in to the next kilo range, so very excited about that, fingers crossed it will last til next weekend.
Won't declare food today as am having home made granola in a bit and bbq ribs tonight for a little end of term party. Yesterday was good though, mostly roasted vegetables, does seem to be a great way to have a skinny day once a week or so.
Checked the BMI calculator again and underneath it it actually gives you a personalised calorie range - mine was 1700 - 2150 a day so about what I'm aiming for - without tracking.
Congrats to losers, keep at it sts'ers and give it an other round gainers you can't win them all.

A bit late in today, but I had a visitor this morning - a rare bird these days.
I can report STS this week. I have actually lost a bit, but it isn't a whole pound and I'm only going to deal with whole pounds.
ttb, for goodness sake be kind to yourself. Eating what you fancy seems the right thing to do. Enjoy your food as much as you can.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hi
Well done losers and sts.
Ttb better to listen to your body and eat what you fancy than the plan.
Today’s menu. Not well thought out, I’m over on calories fat and protein. Will no doubt balance out during the week.
Breakfast: yoghurt raspberries blueberries coconut, coffee with cream.
Lunch: fry up. Mug of proper tea.
Afternoon: another mug of proper tea and a posh Neopolitan lemon chocolate ( unimpressive, def not worth the calories) instead of a biscuit.
Dinner: cheese burger with ketchup mustard gherkins, iceberg lettuce, cheesy zucchini fries. Lemon cheesecake with red currents. Fizzy water.
Laters: proper melty milk chocolate.
Take care all.
