We submitted our application on 11th aug and got our offer yesterday .. some of the delay was on our part tho getting paper work sorted to send to the lender as they asked for some unusual things.

Update from me - looks like KR have looked at my case today as they've requested:
- Current account statements in a different format (annoying but easy to acquire)

- Copies of my parents' passports as they are gifting me a small amount towards the deposit

- My accountants email address so they can request earnings projections for my business etc. This part is annoying as I've already done all this, got the full projections signed off by my accountant and uploaded, but it seems they want it in a 'particular format'. Hmph. 

My broker says apart from this 'Everything else is showing as ‘satisfied’ and KR have confirmed that the valuation is now instructed.'

Wonder if this means I'm back in the back of the queue now!

Oh that’s weird! Mine was because I’d just downloaded a date range, and it didn’t have my name or address on it. So I just had to go in and find the individual statements for each month (this is Nationwide current account, and they don’t put things in easy to find places!)

Sometimes PDFs can behave weirdly - might be worth exporting the pages as jpgs and sending them those as well, they won’t have any read issues then.
