My mortgage has just been submitted to Kent Reliance today. How long on average is it taking to get an offer? I have excellent credit rating, but have furlough on my payslip but MA has already checked and they will accept it hence this is why we've use KR. Been in my current employment for over 2 years.0

What kinds of things are they asking about? I’ve submitted 6 month bank statements on my current account and my savings, payslips and p60 was hoping that would be enough. It’s so stressful! I’ve put my valuation on hold until I have an offer, my broker gave me the option. Fingers crossed we all get a yes0

Hopefully you get your offer soon 🤞
Nothing on my bank statements that should cause a problem, the only bank transfer is to my savings account every month. The hard search has showed up on my credit file this morning. MA said they will offer subject to survey, just want to minimise costs in case i don’t get an offer.0 -
Hello. Would you be able to recommend any good shared ownership solicitors for Kent Reliance ? Thanks

Submitted my application through my broker with KR yesterday - so I’m following this thread with interest! I’m fully resigned to this being a long process as I’m buying shared ownership and I’m also self employed - KR requested a signed projection of income statement from my account as well as my 3 year business plan so I’m sure they’re going to be very thorough! It’s been so stressful so far even getting to this point, I thought I’d lost the flat a few time, so I’m terrified something else will go wrong!0
