I have had an update today also. Mine is now at the final stage with senior underwriter. They haven’t asked for any further documents still , MA said they were happy with everything sent. Should hopefully have the offer by Friday. Apparently they are working quicker than expected on cases and saying 3 days with senior underwriter. Fingers crossed for us all 🤞

Have you had your valuation done already ?
I applied on the 12th of October so I’m a few days behind you

No my MA said go for offer subject to valuation. Apparently they are quick at valuations and are doing some virtually think it depends on the house and amount borrowing.

My broker told me that they're reviewing within 4 working days. So expect Friday earliest - if you returned yesterday like I did!
Still no valuation booked either yet for me.

Ugh. Well all we can do is wait I suppose! I’m sure you’ll hear before me because they need to contact my accountant and you know what they say about too many cooks...

Mine is day 3 with senior underwriter it’s still very quiet. Grey hairs are popping through at a rapid pace. Not one question?! Is this normal?

Hi all, still waiting for a decision regarding my application submitted on the 7th October. Valuation still not done as they wait until they are happy/have everything, even though the portal said it has been instructed. Anyone else buying SO by any chance and facing the 28 day pressure (which we wont meet)?
