@Nic88Nac how long have you been in the final assessment queue?
  • @csumm4 I'm not sure, I just found out yesterday from asking my MA what stage we are actually at! Its very frustrating not knowing exactly where we are like other people are.
  • @csumm4 ahh we paid that on the day of application which was 19th Nov, when did they take yours?

This is exactly how i feel! I have no idea what stage we are at as we are told just to wait until there is an update!

Has anyone had searches complete yet? Or close to being complete? My solicitor is quoting 8-12 weeks at the moment, which I think is a bit long considering I got my mortgage offer over a month ago....
We got our searches today. They were ordered 19/10.

Hi guys - how is everyone's purchases going? I feel like i'm losing hope as it's just been no movement still and our local authority is still having issues with the searches as their system have been cyberattacked. Just our luck! We really hope there is a miracle coming our way soon...
  • @Maaxx still no offer for us. Sick now :s
