We are still in the 'offer queue' this is working day 7 in the queue, apparently due to someone at KR being on annual leave it ground to a hault for us. My MA is due to chase them today 🤞 everything else is in place
  • Thanks all for your responses on searches. I guess we will just have to sit back and wait and of course depends where you are in the country!  Fingers crossed for Devon! 😁 Good luck to everyone throughout this process.
  • I’m just waiting for KR to confirm the valuation is approved, now they have the EWS1 form. Once that’s happened I’ll be in the offer queue. Would be great to have the offer before Christmas but I don’t think I will; businesses are probably only working for another week now so new year more likely. Ho hum. Still not had all searches back either. This is week 10 since application.

Hello! For those who have had their offer. Do you know how long it takes to release mortgage funds?
    Thanks!

Thank you. Did they say when they requested the fund from KR? We’ve been given a provisional date for Thursday but haven’t even exchanged as KR need fo confirm they are happy with the gifted deposit (even though they have to the broker!) they have to give something to the solicitor too.

@MSN2220 our solicitors told us they normally give 5 working days for the funds to transfer from lender to them but more often than not it only takes 3 working days. All depends on the lenders process
