i spoke to KR today. If you ring them and tell them your waiting for the offer to go to solicitor they will email it to them instead of waiting for post. They confirmed on the phone that the letter gets send out 1st class post.1 -

That’s what I did.1 -
Just spoken to my MA, KR now have our revised memorandum of sale. Once they are happy with it that is our final piece and KR have said we will then receive our offer within 24 to 48 hours 🤞 really hoping all is good with the doc so they can send us our offer0

Just a little side note, our MA books calls in with our under writer and that has certainly meant that when reviewing additional documents it has been done alot faster than the 5 working day turn around as they get reviewed in time for their booked call0

I got my offer yesterday after submitting start of October 🥳 I almost had a decline due to issues with being able to carry out a valuation on a new build but the HA I am using were very helpful and managed to get round it using a show home on a different site. The whole process took around 6/7 weeks. Good luck everyone 😀1
