Maaxx said:Hi everyone, I'm so glad I found this forum and have been reading all your messages throughout! You guys put me more at ease with my situation as I am currently in the application process with KR and our application has been fully submitted last Thursday 12th Nov and now waiting to hear back on the next stage which I think is the valuation most likely as there were no further questions asked! Which I know from many of you saying that no news is good news! (I really hope so!!) Me and my boyfriend are buying SO for the first time and had a bad first experience with Leeds in the first lockdown and now tried again with KR and all seems to be going more smoothly fingers crossed! It's all this waiting thats giving me anxiety as we are in the exact same position we were in going through the application process now in the second lockdown so I hope you can understand my nerves are exploding again!
We were roughly told by our HA that valuations probably won't take place until the first week of Dec so I'm guessing we may be receiving our offer sometime in Dec which is such a drag but hoping its worth the wait - we are just so desperate for this mortgage offer as we've been waiting for this day which feels like years! Wishing you all good luck for those in the process of receiving their offers - i think we all at least deserve good news this year!!!0 -
