It really varies, our valuation was done on 28/10 and still heard nothing about it.

Well KR have queried some transactions in the meantime, and my MB said its taking a little longer to underwrite valuations but I have emailed my MB to see if they can find out what's happened with the valuation. I hope it went ahead to be honest. 

I have my fingers crossed that you will get your offer soon. Our valuation was booked in 2 weeks ago for today, my MB said it takes 24-48 for the report to go back to KR (I just got off the phone to our MB) and that hopefully after that it will go I nto the offer queue. They haven’t asked for any additional documents in the last few weeks, but it’s all just a waiting game, it’s frustrating not knowing what stage you are at, and by the time they ask for something you’re put to the back of the queue again...

Thank you! Good luck to you too. We should get an update on Monday, hopefully this will mean offer queue and they won't ask anything else. Like you say, very frustrating that you get pushed to the back of the queue every time.

Just had an update from my MB that the valuation shows as received on the portal but it's just with the underwriter. At least its been done!

im still waiting to hear whether or not they accept desktop valuations but the plans are with KR now.
anyone else in same boat as me and applied 3 weeks ago and still waiting? Would be lovely to know I am not the only one slowly losing patience ha

We applied 3 weeks ago, 1 week into it we were told all our documents are fine and KR are happy with them, they booked in a valuation for today. That’s as far as we’ve got so far. Solicitors have done all their searches, we’ve signed everything and sent it back. Just waiting for our offer now so we can exchange and have a completion date. Wishful thinking that we will have an update early next week 🤞🏼

how long did you wait in total?
 I’m pending valuation date because the house isn’t built till feb, were your valuations desktop with this whole Covid lockdown saga?
kr asked me for bank statements and clarification on who would be living there as they looked at my parents Statement for the gifted part of the deposit and I think they thought it was a joint account of mine.

ive instructed the solicitor today and paid the fee. All other docs went off to metro 3 weeks ago.
