I've not had any transaction queries at all. What kind of thing are they questioning?aleeek said:Has anyone had Kent ask multiple queries about transactions? Like you explained once and they needed further clarification?0 -
My partner is self employed but he regularly contracts for this one company so he gets regular payments from them weekly and they just wanted to know what those credits on his statement were.rachlikeswinter said:

Just had an email from my broker - he says "all the requirements that we’ve been asked to provide are showing as ‘satisfied’ as of 12 noon today and the valuation report is now received however we need to await the underwriter to review the case" (7 working days is the current expected delay.)MSN2220 said:There were quite a few people who were told they were getting an update today. I hope so! Getting this mortgage has been an emotional saga with many twists and turns so I'm worried about jinxing it and getting my hopes up!dannik said:

I submitted 8th Oct. My broker has been fantastic with regular updates and super pro-active with the developers and things so I can't fault him at all really. He's certainly earned his fee ha.1 -
Aaah you submitted a day before me! You only had one doc request since application though didn't you?rachlikeswinter said:

I know what you mean, lots of twists and turns. We’ve instructed 3 solicitors overall before we found one that could actually do the conveyance for us! It’s been a nightmare. We submitted on 6th and still waiting to hear if our docs that we submitted over two weeks ago have been submitted and where we are with it all really! Don’t know anything xx0 -
Yeah. I sent in an extra bank statement, Accountants projection of income certificate, and copies of my parents' passports (some of my deposit is gifted.) Those were submitted on the 19th Oct and haven't had any further requests since then. Everything 'satisfied' apparently.aleeek said:

Guess once an underwriter looks at everything that's when the questions start coming in!0
