    Ohhh sorry, there’s so many threads I’m losing track. 4 weeks, that’s not bad. did they ask for any documents in between?😊 
    Don’t worry,  you had me confused then lol 😁yes a couple, it was something silly like the momendarum of sale which the seller/estate agents produced put my name as sam and it’s officially Samuel . Also the address for our solicitors we put the Birmingham address and for some reason it had to be the London office. Just silly things

    It seems like forever doesn’t it?! I have emailed my MB few times and they don’t even respond 😳 let’s hope we all hear something soon!! Our NB is ready Jan/Feb...have driven past few times and awful not knowing whether will definitely be ours...

    We were due an update today. Received an email from our MA saying that they spoke to KR this morning, they had further delays with their timescales so we will receive an update latest Wednesday. So annoying!

    Ugh frustrating. Thanks for the update. That's probably the same for me then as I think you and I are on similar timeline. My valuation was booked for last Friday so I've got to wait for that to come back anyway.

    I'm just so paranoid they're going to turn me down for affordability at the last minute, after all this. Hate the waiting!

    When Kent queried transactions last Wednesday my MB said that its the last thing they need so I'm hoping that means we'll go into the offer queue as long as they're happy with our explanation. Here's hoping!
