    I really hope so. 🤞🏼 we instructed our solicitors 2 weeks ago (as a lot of people were saying it takes between 6-8 weeks) but all our searches have come back, signed documents etc. Just waiting for the offer letter and fingers crossed we could be in before Christmas 😊 I find the process quite straight forward it’s just the waiting that’s driving me insane. 🥺

    Don’t worry,  you had me confused then lol 😁yes a couple, it was something silly like the momendarum of sale which the seller/estate agents produced put my name as sam and it’s officially Samuel . Also the address for our solicitors we put the Birmingham address and for some reason it had to be the London office. Just silly things
