@Narola1976 i only live 15 min from a beach and staff in Tesc# were telling me that the beach was busy yesterday. Even more worrying is we've had an outbreak in the next county, some of the workers live in my county but are not self isolating. So when i went back to the docs again for more blood tests, precautions had been increased again and they anti bac u all over before u can enter.
Have nearly finished the big project ive been working on. So close to finishing but had a call from the docs, my blood work is abit all over the place (never happened before) so ive started to really slow down.
Took a sneaky day off for a landmark birthday. Had been warned it would be a quiet one, but it was one of the best, DD really spoilt me
In the meantime
*banking checked everyday, everything good
*meal planning has been going really well, much less waste
*been making the most of the good weather and washing like mad esp as i had all of DDs uni stuff to get thru.
*a friend sent me some goodies in a shoebox.....i was so chuffed with the shoebox! Have been putting Christmas shoebox no 5 together. Have been checking to see if this will still run this year, but so far everything good with quite a few people using the time to put shoeboxes together
*need to update spends book
*decluttering but dont feel im getting very far!
Have a good evening everyone xDecluttering challenge 2023🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not quite so hot today, but we didn't get the rain we were forecast. They are saying tomorrow now. We will see. Hope so, as I did minimal watering this evening. Haven't done a lot today as I woke up feeling low for some reason, but I did:Early morning dog walkHome grown strawberries for breakfast (and pudding). They are coming towards the end now, but considering I have just 3 troughs and 3 hanging baskets (and not particularly big ones) and I had to rescue the plants from the vine weevils back in the spring, we have done very well
Cut the last couple of small lettuces from a container, emptied it and planted basil in itRemoved last of radishes from another container and planted more basil in half of it, and more radishes in the other halfSowed some spring onions and radishes in another vacant containerHarvested potatoes from a big pot - the ones in the veg garden have all gone now, sadlySummer pruned the pear tree. I was pleased to see that there are some bunches of pears growing nicely
Used up some bacon and made BLT sandwiches for lunchPosted 2 ebay parcelsDinner was sausage and veg roast with fenned seeds (yum) which used up some rather squishy cherry tomatoes
I have actually done more than I thought!

Morning folks. I’ve woken early with a bit of a headache so am drinking some water before coffee to see if that helps. It’s currently raining and I’ve sat and watched two big pigeons in our garden whilst enjoying hearing the rain. I won’t have to water the garden today now.Today’s plans:
🌈housework and strip the beds. Will look at weather to see when best to wash them.🌈 bake as I didn’t do this yesterday
🌈 make crumble mix for tomorrow at the same time
🌈 get the sewing machine out and check it’s all working
🌈 something out of freezer for tea
🌈 talk to hubby about picking some photos to go in some frames on our picture wall that are empty
🌈 walk later
🌈 film and homemade popcorn later with smalls
🌈 cash out some cashback to voucher for an extra few £Enjoy your Saturday everyone. Purps.6 -

Morning all
No thunder here, but we had a bit of rain overnight and it is raining quite hard now - yay, no watering
Had a reasonable night's sleep, so feeling a bit more with it today. So far I have:Walked dog (before it started raining again), cleaned up kitchen and bathroom, put lots of items away / in recycling / in bin, put dry laundry away, apart from some items that need ironing
opened up the greenhouse, posted a RM surveys letter and prepped another. OH and I had a leftover sausage and an egg each for breakfast, for a change as it is the weekend.I still need to:Do some baking - I have some eggs that want using up, triage fridge and make something for dinner that will use up any oddments that come to light, pasta bake perhaps. Also need to pack an ebay item and ought to list a couple more. Other than that, it depends on the weather. There is gardening to do but also more tidying up in the loft conversion bedroom if it keeps raining. Hope everyone has a good day

Happy B'day @Happy_Kitties and @1LuckyLady, hope you had/have a lovely day.
Managed to actually vacuum whole house this morning. This is the first in a long time as I feel so fragmented and incoherent, that usually I'm happy if I do a couple of rooms.
I did also go for a longish run in the morning, as it was less hot.
I am also having a strop over a sports shop that just keeps letting me down - wetsuits did nowhere near fit their sizes, which is not nice when you have a certain size and accept that, and then when things are still too small AArgh. And then yesterday I was supposed to get a bike wheel for my mountain bike, which a friend is fixing up for me - so I don't want it to take up space in his garage for too long. Anyways wheel never showed up, I wrote the company, and they just cancelled the order and refunded. No sorry were out of stock or anything! Why would they ever take the money from my account if they are not going to send it. Any how now I cant get a wheel or the one I have which was an other gift has a narrow rim and not great for a mountain bike, anyways its now going on the bike and I will be saving up for a new set of matching wheels, of a better quality.
Enough of a rant.
This afternoon I will relax and get some job options in line. And some prep for my job for next year.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
