Round - I think it will be from Christmas card swaps in previous years? I might be wrong though xx
More rubbish flung from the garage into the black bin. Lunch eaten and all tidied up, walked to the shop in the rain for butter (kids therefore put PJs back on as soon as they got home!). They are having an hour screen time and I’m having a brew. Next job - remake DD bed xx

Afternoon
Im late in but the day has rather got away from me, all rooms hoovered and dusted, bins emptied, litter trays done, bathroom and en-suite scrubbed and kitchen cleaned.
Raining here, 1 x wm done and it’s now in the TD.
Feeling quite virtuous after accomplishing that lot with help from DH, I’m so glad that the weather is cooler too!Plan for this afternoon is to read and declutter a couple of magazines I think.
Hugs to all x8 -
we had blue sky so I pegged out the washing then brought it in when it went grey - before it rained. I have also MADE BREAD!
and am finally getting on with the collar for DD's polo jumper while watching an Ameican gentleman teach me how to cast on at the end of a row...thank goodness for you tubeDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

ASB I have got into a complete tizz over DS going back to the big city on Wednesday. DS1 wants to take him in his car because he wants to go to a fishing tackle shop on the way back, and I am needed to help clean DSs room in halls and carry stuff. I cant quite explain why I feel massively anxious about this, except that we have to drive to halls and then find our way to the new house close to the city centre, and although DS1 is a very good driver he isnt used to driving in a big city. I am also worried about coming into contact with people/going to strange places at the moment.
An hours yoga done, visited SIL and was given a big bag of strawberries from her garden, two loads of washing done and finished off in the tumbler when the rain came. Just checked my finances, I have overspent a little this month but I was desperate for some new jeans. Its not too disastrous even with more grocery spending than I would have liked.
Been talking to DS1 about him going back to work. He is being kept on the "extremely vulnerable" list, but can stop shielding after 1 August, although he has to try and maintain social distancing. He is hoping to reduce his hours a bit to begin with as he will have been off work for 9 months by then, but not sure whether work will agree to this and he is putting off talking to them. It will work itself out I guess, I just dont want him to go back to doing stupid hours.
Might read my book for a bit and see what we are having for tea.8 -
Afternoon folks x
Popping in to say thank you for my flylady card from one of you lovely people. You are very kind.
I have cleaned under and behind the microwave and have vacuumed it’s vents.
i have cleared the airing cupboard and filled the ironing basket. My missing parcel has been delivered so I can finish my masks tonight.
Not sure if DS2 has left school yet as they haven’t been in touch with details as promised.8 -

I've waited all day for it to rain. No joy - so I've been out and watered the plants - bet it will now kelch down. Such is life.
My guag didn't arrive today so I've had a lazy day. Tomorrow is another day

No need to water the garden here it's been raining on and off all day, apparently 90% chance of rain for the whole of tomorrow too, it forgets to stop in Cumbria. Been very domestic tonight and baked some Peanut Butter Cookies, so simple and tasty
