If however the Claimant applies for that Default Judgment first, then it's game over. You lose and will have to pay the full amount of their claim including the exaggerated add ons before it affects your ability to get credit for the next six years.
You said before my credit score will only be affected if i missed the payment when court ordered and now you're saying that it will be affected?
Can I just choose to pay the fine now?0 -
