I'm up and showered. Lockdown bonus - I have discovered that I do NOT need to wash my hair every morning - so, if I ever return to work that will save some time in the mornings! Today has been another no wash day; I think I washed it on Sunday.
I've done two lots of towels so line is full and there are some cleaning cloths on the other (unpropped as prop broke) line.
Rabbits are in their pen; their little pen hutch has been cleaned out and needs to be put back but they have a cover on one end (sun shade/raincover depending on weather) and they have pipes to hide in. Jacket spuds in oven for lunch.
I think I will start with ironing once I have WUALTD. Today's list was done yesterday and I might also do Monday today.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Valli - I've found that with my hair too. I only washed it daily because I looked like Ken Dodd when I got up and couldn't flatten it whatever I tried but now it's longer it doesn't do that and because I'm old it doesn't get greasy either. So now I just do it when it needs it which seems to be about twice a week. I won't be getting it cut really short again (when I can) but just having the ends tidied up.Not sure what I'm saving the time for because I'm retired and my husband is shielding so we aren't going anywhere but I do love not having to wash it every morning.9

Thank you for the hugs x They obviously made their way through the flylady ether, as this morning I was more positive and have written a list (ok, so nothing is actually crossed off yet, but I will later). I went to the allotment to potter, as I haven’t had the will to go there recently. Now I am back, everyone is still sort of behaving and where they should be, so I am going to crack on with cleaning downstairs. I may even flutter the duster around before I get tempted to write my name in the dust. So muggy here, though. Fingers crossed that the forecasted storms actually materialise this time.

all ironing done including tea towels from line which were just about dry. And DD's duster which lives in her car so that's all in front of an open window, airing and the towels and cleaning cloths will be able to go straight away. Most pots dried and put away.

Various letters written and posted; made a start on a big piece of work; paid a tax bill and filed paperwork; printed and filed some other bits; and put DD on the school waiting list for keyworker provision so I can go back to work. Front garden watered as well x7

Afternoon
My mini progress report is delayed! But anyway, dailies done before work, early meeting was cancelled so in the hour gained I whizzed through the kitchen, wm x 1 done and on line plus a bit of admin done.
Just had break for lunch, washing back in and folded as all dry, bathroom, en suite and downstairs loo s/s, made the bed as DH didn’t do it this morning, couple of emails replied to.
Rain allegedly on the way, it’s cooler here than it was yesterday but still quite sticky. Weather permitting DH and I will go for a walk after paid stuff.Hope you are all having a good day x, sounds like everyone is busy!9 -

Sitting here cooling-off as I put the hoover round and I'm shattered. I didnt realise how much my old hoover wasn't picking up - the new Dyson has really put me to shame..but the carpet and rugs do look nice and clean 😃
Put the washing out at 7am as I wanted it to dry before the threatened thunderstorms arrive. Got it a in by 11am all nice and dry, so at the moment it's in a heap in the basket 🧺 I'll fold it up later..lol
Going to get lunch then write some letters this afternoon.
I'm trying a new recipe tonight for tea - a Chubbycubs slimming version of vegetable moussaka. So fingers crossed it works out 😉
Kaz glad you are getting settled in your house, and I would choose internet over hot water..lol
Fayolle hugs, glad you are feeling better today
Piggers hope you are resting up, get the family to clean up for you and look after you.
Hugs for everyone else that needs/wants them xx

Completed all the ironing yesterday. Then last night I decided to go food shopping as I had waited in all day for a parcel that never arrived (and still not arrived today), I thought it would be quiet in Li*l & everyone would have been in the afternoon, I got that wrong! 🤬 It was worse than a Saturday morning! OH had been doing the food shopping whilst we were in lockdown, so this came as a shock to the system plus wearing a mask & gloves is no fun! 😳
Today I have managed to get the bath mats washed & on the line, I have to keep checking they are still there, it is so windy here!I’ve also managed to change over 1 suitcase of winter clothes to summer clothes, I’d not bothered before because I was not going out & just living in playsuits! 😊
I have kept upto date on my fitness pal & this morning made some yoghurt/fruit ice lollies, I thought they would make a nice treat for tonight (Weigh in tomorrow so I need to be good!) 😁.'Money and good health is coming easily to Flypeople'8
