If/when you receive the scammer's WS, please post it here asap. If you are lucky you will get it before yo need to submit yours. That way we can help you pick holes in it that you can mention in your WS.
Please only redact YOUR personal data, and tell us if the scammers have redacted anything.
If their WS is excessively long, then just post the first page with the (para)legal's name, the last page with the signature and statement of truth, their exhibits and evidence, especially the contract.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

After all the advice being given by those of us giving our free time over many months to this issue, do you perhaps think some update might be the nice thing to do?

I am sorry about the mix-up and lack of clarity. When I mentioned 2021 I was just replying to someone who asked if this was to do with the 2021 postings. But all my postings are to do with the same case that goes beyond 2021.
Yes, RK as defendant got court hearing, and Hounslow Enforcement PCN, represented by Gladstones, are the claimants.
