Hi all, is there a way to check if PPC's claim form was signed off by a genuine or fake legal representative without name the PPC in question in here?
Thanks in advance.0 -
They're often signed in the name of the legal company? It's the claimant's Witness Statement that needs to be signed by a real, actual person - hence all the previous Matt Murdoch/ck fiasco etc.3

If there is a name on the Claim form then it's fine, forget that.
As this thread is too long to read back, are you at WS stage or past that stage? Hearing date yet?
