When is the right time to inform CCBC that you wish to use The Lay Representative (Right of Audience)?
    Directions Questionnaire stage?

On the day of the hearing. Make sure you have a copy with you on the day.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

So you don't need to let them know in advance?

I would take that to mean "on the day of the hearing"!

Quite right. It's allowable on the day.  The lay rep is NOT a 'witness' or expert.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, is there a way to check if PPC's claim form was signed off by a genuine or fake legal representative without name the PPC in question in here?
    Thanks in advance.

They're often signed in the name of the legal company? It's the claimant's Witness Statement that needs to be signed by a real, actual person - hence all the previous Matt Murdoch/ck fiasco etc.

So no need to check that?

If there is a name on the Claim form then it's fine, forget that.

As this thread is too long to read back, are you at WS stage or past that stage?  Hearing date yet?
