KeithP & Coupon-Mad: You are starts. Can't thank you enough guys!
We are almost ready to file my partner's defence which we are going to file as the keeper. Of course we will keep you posted. But finally, for give me for this silly question - this paragraph which appears in number 17 is referring to the paragraphs 8 & 9 of  POFA schedule 4 right?
"A compliant Notice to Keeper (‘NTK’) was not properly served in strict accordance with section 8 or 9 (as the case may be) of the POFA."

Did you miss the guidance written in red that states you should change everything written in red for YOUR case and then change it to black?

Change it to para 8, or para 9 (removing one of them) if you want the defence to be more bespoke.

Thank you all for your excellent guidance and help. We have learnt a lot from this forum. We have changed the red sections to black after editing accordingly. We think we are now ready to file the defence and will keep you posted.

    Hi all,
"Southapton court judgement between Britania Parking Group ltd and Chris Crosby 11/11/2019."
Is this the correct court judgement case that one needs to attach the defence letter?
Also does one need to keep this paragraph which appears in red at the bottom of the defence template?
"Approved Judgment from Southampton Court is appended to show why claims such as this are being summarily struck out."

Yes and yes.  Of course.  The Template Defence thread gives a link to that judgment...

    Hi all,
RK as defendant is now in receipt of the Directions Questionnaire (N180) which is a straight forward form to fill. But just to be on the safe side we would be grateful if you could clarify these points for as:
1.. If you say NO to A1, do you then have to give your telephone number(s) in B, specially if you don't want the claimant having your contact number?
    2. If the original claims form has the addresses of both the claimant and their solicitors, do you then send a copies of the completed N180 form to both of them or just one of them?
    3. In the first box that says "To be completed by, or on behalf of", do you put 2nd or Defendant?
    4. Finally, do you sent anything else with this form?
    many thanks.

The answers to all* those questions, or pointers to them, can be found in that list you read when filing your Defence - following the words "After filing your Defence, there is more to do..."

Please re-read item 8 onwards on that list.

*except the telephone number query. You do understand that there is no obligation for everyone to have a telephone, don't you?
