RK as defendant wants to challenge the parking charge notice on the following grounds:
Rejected appeal was based on the following two points:
a) The car was never parked at xxxx Road on the date and time shown on your ticket.
b) Your PCN doesn't show the full address of location where the alleged contravention took place. But shows just a road name, i.e. Road X, which runs through several boroughs. The post code of this same road changes changes more than a dozen times while the road name remains the same.

Yes, unfortunately that was the full appeal which was rejected anyway. Now need to defend the case in court and need help.

Why are you defending something when youre not the RK? Any claim would be against the RK, unless they, for example, use this thread to work out who was driving.
If they are using POFA, a part of POFA is correctly identfying the relevant land .
If they chase the driver, they dont need to use pofa at all, and youre back to - this is merely an invoice.1
