In terms of the Code itself the British Standards Institution has produced a final draft of the Code and a public consultation will take place in due course. The Government has previously committed to developing the final Code this year and so I hope to see this consultation launch.Is that the 1st of "in due course" or the 31st of "in due course"; talk about a CoP out - pun very much intended!1
